About the event
Today, Rom has different responsibilities as the Club's President. Therefore, you can join others on the track to practice this program:
Two sets of exercises. Perform 5 repetitions of 200, followed by 1 repetition of 1000. Rest for 1 minute between each. Take a 3-minute break between sets. This means you will do 200-200-200-200-200-1000 twice.
